Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created before it ships. Shipping is usually about 3-5 days after processing.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pixie Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist 💗

Refund & Return Policy

At Pixie Prints, each item is made with care and often customized just for you 💗

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.
